Business Continuity Plan:

Our Business Continuity Plan sets out the guidelines for: –

A comprehensive set of business operations and procedures in case of a disaster. Procedures are in place to safeguard both client and company information so that your rights are unaffected and to ensure the effective day to day running of our business operations.

 

Employment & Educational Data includes:

Job title, qualifications, employment status, references, business interests, employment ID, employment records and salary. Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.

 

Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

 

Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences. •

Safeguarding:  Children Act 1989 / 2004

Our work activities exclude working with children/working in a child environment. We do not process any personal data relating to children.

 

Health & Safety

Crown Management Systems have a Health & Safety system in place to ensure that risk procedures and risk assessments are carried out on an annual basis.

Our Health & Safety Policy is readily available.

It is a mandatory requirement that all staff & subcontractors associated with Crown Management adhere to our Health & Safety policy.  All accidents/risks are to be reported and will be documented via the named person on our Health & Safety Policy statement whereby such reports will be  reviewed and assessed.

Our Health & Safety policies are formulated (in accordance with our working activities) to be in line with the HSWA – Health & Safety Work Act 1974.

 

Quality Assurance

We have Quality Management systems in place in line with BS EN 9001:2015. Our Qlty. Management system is reviewed on an annual basis for continuous improvements.  Defined within the scope of BS EN 9001 is a set of systems, assessed and governed by management. Our Management system focuses on risk factors both internal and external, with a view to sustainable improvement.  It identifies good practices, training and assessment for staff and management development which also includes the responsibilities of our subcontractors.

 

Environment

It is our Environmental policy to:

  • Recycle as much waste material as possible.
  • Avoid the use of paper wherever possible. For example: sending invoices & quotes via email.
  • Recycling office equipment.
  • Reducing our energy use such as: only using low energy lighting and shutting down computers and not keeping them on standby modes.
  • Purchasing products that have been recycled such as plastic materials and paper.
  • Avoid unnecessary journeys by making use of audio conferencing, telephone and email.
