Automotive
manufacturing organisations must now comply with ISO/TS 16949:2002,
and with the current automotive certification (QS9000) being made
‘obsolete’ at the end of 2006, there is a major emphasis
being placed on the implementation of a ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management
System.
Already, the delay from
companies in starting to implement the system, and the lack of qualified
third party external auditors, is having a big impact on companies
meeting this target implementation deadline.
Applicable organisations
(who are not yet ISO/TS 16949 registered) must either;
- Implement the system
because they have no current automotive certification (QS 9000
etc)
- Transform their current
QS 9000 – 3rd edition Quality Management System to ISO/TS
16949:2002.
Our
Team
Our associates have extensive knowledge and expertise within the
automotive sector, and clearly understand the change in philosophy
and transition from an ‘element based’ (QS 9000) to
a ‘process approach’ (ISO/TS 16949) Quality Management
System.
Our
Services and Support
We have successfully undertaken full implementation of ISO/TS 16949,
and have also provided ‘ad-hoc’ support to guide companies
through to registration.

in accordance to the amount of work you want us to undertake.
- Support you through
the accreditation process.

(fully certified), and informal training sessions.
- Advise you on different
proven ‘tools and techniques’ to achieve registration,
and ongoing improvement.
- Develop your current
manual, procedures and documentation.
- Carry out ‘gap
analysis’ and internal audits.
- Provide ongoing support
after registration.
